In our seventeenth year, Lingerie Place sells leather apparel and accessories. While we will be continually adding to the line of products we carry, we will strive to sell only brands who meet our high-quality standards. When you order from Lingerie Place, you can rest assured that you are not ordering from a "fly by night" operation, but rather from an experienced company in the lingerie trade. Customer service is our top priority.
While we do use images provided by our vendors, we make every attempt to present our products in a tasteful, family-friendly environment, to the extent this is possible. Obviously, this must be balanced with the need to show the product to our customers in order that they may make an informed decision. We realize many would like to see more revealing photographs as a whole, and that most other lingerie shops will gladly show these. We've decided to take a somewhat more conservative and classy approach to this. In this way we hope to stand out from many of our competitors in the shopping arena.
About Our Competition:
Please compare our prices with the competition ;). You will find that no one sells these items for less. In this section I will attempt to explain why our prices are lower, and our service is quicker.
Virtually all of our competitors use something called drop shipping to deliver your items to you. They don't ever actually have the items they are selling to you in their possession.
Drop shipping works something like this. When these "closet companies" receive an order from you, they then contact their supplier to order these items from them. Their supplier, when the items come into stock (which can sometimes take quite some time - even weeks or months), ships the item(s) to you, the customer of the "closet company".
Because we are committed to complete customer satisfaction, Lingerie Place DOES NOT DROP-SHIP! When your order contains just in-stock items from this website, the order will be shipped immediately (usually the same day!). If an item is not in stock, you will be informed as soon as you add it to your shopping cart. You have the option at that time to backorder the item if you wish, or not!
By not drop-shipping, we are able to provide you a higher (faster) level of service, as well as buy our products for less (quantity purchasing), passing the savings on to you, our customer! Thanks for visiting.

We offer shipping to the United States only. In-Stock order items are usually sent the same business day you place your order, always by the following business day (mom always said "don't let any grass grow under your feet."). Your item will be carefully packed and shipped via USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation. Your purchase will be handled discreetly, and in plain priority mail packaging.
Packages returned as 'UNDELIVERABLE' or 'ADDRESSEE UNKNOWN', etc., cannot be refunded. Additional postage will need to be collected to re-send your item.
We do not ship outside of the United States at this time, and we offer no exceptions.
Lingerie Place Return Policy - effective November 11, 2006:
At Lingerie Place our goal is to provide high quality products to you, our customers at the lowest possible prices. In order to continue to achieve this goal, and due to the fact that accepting returns would be illegal in many cases because of health regulations, all sales are final. If you are unsure of your size, please understand that you are accepting the risk, not us.
It is simply not possible for us to accept returns or exchanges. We offer no guarantee of any kind as to whether a "one size fits all" item will fit you, as "one size fits all" is the name of a size, not a guarantee or literal statement. It would be a mathematical impossibility, obviously, for one size of an item to literally fit all individuals. We do guarantee that what you order is what you will be sent, but it is not possible to guarantee that it will fit a particular person's body or taste. Colors are approximate, and styles are subject to revision from those pictured. Sizes may vary slightly from one piece to another as a normal consequence of the manufacturing process.
If an item is unopened, and you changed your mind, or a recipient changed their mind, please understand that we still cannot offer a refund or exchange. Laws regarding many of the items, as well as costs of initial shipping, and return shipping, prohibit this.
Order Cancellation Policy:
Once you have placed an order with Lingerie Place, we immediately begin work on fulfilling your order with the item(s) you have requested.
If the order is for in-stock items, it may actually be shipped very quickly. This means that if you request an order cancellation five minutes after placing the order, it may literally be too late as it may have already shipped. We do not ship every order that quickly, but we try. Once anything has shipped, it cannot be "unshipped", and since we cannot accept returns (on most of our items, that would actually be illegal), it is impossible to cancel the order.
As for orders containing special order/backorder items, once we have taken your order, we immediately order the item(s) from the relevant supplier(s). Once this has happened, we cannot generally reverse the process. You may request that we stop attempting to get the items, but if items have already been shipped out to us on your behalf, it will be too late to cancel your order. In the case of an order we ARE able to cancel, we must still charge a 15% cancellation fee. The reason for this is due to the fact that the very moment you place an order, we are charged fees by our credit card processing company. These fees are non-reversible, and therefore must be recovered in order that our customers can continue to purchase for items at the lowest possible prices.
Please ensure that you carefully review your order prior to making your purchase. Remember that most items are pictured on models wearing other items as well (to avoid showing additional nudity, or only showing cropped images). For example, most tops and bottoms are sold individually (in order to allow mix and match selections). Never assume any item being worn in a picture is included unless the description explicitly specifies that it is.
Items marked as REFUSED, UNDELIVERABLE, RETURN TO SENDER, or otherwise returned to us:
By placing an order with Lingerie Place, you are entering into a legally binding contract to make the purchase in question. Since we (probably) do not personally know you, we only know the address which you provide to us for delivery.
We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail. Please note that some packages may be larger than will fit into your mailbox (depending upon the size of your mailbox). In this case, the post office may hold your package for you to pick up. This is your responsibility. Customer agrees that the United States Postal Service delivery confirmation service shall be sufficient evidence of shipment and receipt of the contents of an order.
If an item is misaddressed, refused, or in any way undeliverable to the address which you specify, this does not cancel your order, or release you from the legally binding agreement to purchase.
In such cases where orders are received back for any reason, we can re-ship them pending your authorization for actual shipping costs to re-ship the order.
Our Chargeback Policy:

A credit card chargeback is a serious matter. When placing an order, you must check a checkbox explicitly agreeing to be bound by the cardholder agreement, and accepting all policies posted on this website. This means, as a matter of fact (and law), that you must make every reasonable effort to resolve any issue with us directly. A chargeback is meant as a last-ditch remedy to a situation.
Because we agree to abide by our policies, and do read and reply to all customer emails, there is NOT a reason (a legal reason) to initiate a credit card chargeback. Given that there are some crooks who will use chargebacks as a mechanism to commit postal fraud, etc., we have decided to take an extremely tough stance on any chargebacks. Remember, even a successful chargeback does not release you of any legal requirement to pay, and may actually increase your liability in the matter.
If you initiate a fraudulent chargeback (note that since we reply to all correspondence, and post and adhere to all published policies, this would, in our case, apply to ANY chargeback):
- You will be assessed a $75 investigation fee.
- You will be held liable for all resultant bank charges, fees, loss of business, etc. related to said chargeback.
- You will be held liable for all attorney, collection, and court costs.
- Your bill may be turned over to a collections agency. This will result in a mark on your credit report, which may remain there for a number of years (even after the debt has been satisfied). This will reduce your credit score, and will negatively affect your ability to purchase a car, finance a home, or even rent an apartment or obtain employment.
- In certain cases, you may be prosecuted for criminal fraud, which means you may spend time in prison, away from family and friends, and be left with a criminal record which will follow you for the rest of your life.
Unnecessary or fraudulent chargebacks are shoplifting, and we do not apologize for our admittedly hard-line stance on chargebacks, given that we publish our policies on orders, returns, cancellations, etc., that our customers must agree (and have legally agreed) on the checkout page to our policies listed herein in order complete an order, that we address all customer issues in a timely fashion, and that we document all correspondence. Therefore, we cooperate fully in an criminal investigation against a customer filing a chargeback.
Our policy on copyright infringement:
Our site layout and design is the property of Lingerie Place, and is designed by Lingerie Place. Any elements which are not designed in house are credited as required, and used with consent.
Images on our website are use with consent, or are the direct property of Lingerie Place.
Under U.S. Code Title 17, Chapter 5, Section 504, Copyright owners may be awarded "statutory damages" in copyright infringement suits. Courts may award from $750 to $30,000 in statutory damages per infringed work, at the discretion of the court, even without any proof of monetary damage. Please note that if infringement is committed willfully, the Court may award statutory damages of up to $150,000.
If we find infringement, we will file a copyright infringement lawsuit against you, or negotiate an acceptable settlement. We will also request to cancellation of your web hosting account as applicable, and report you for criminal prosecution as applicable under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
Any elements on our site which are not designed in-site have been used with consent, including obtaining from websites offering "free tools", etc. If you believe that your work is being improperly used in any way on our site, please inform is immediately. If possible, we will cooperate in attempting to determine who is wrongfully misrepresenting your work as their property.
Orders shipped to Indiana will be subject to a 7% state sales tax.
FAQ - Frequently (or not so frequently) Asked Questions:
- I've been charged twice for my order!
- Why is there a hold on my credit card when the order hasn't shipped yet?
- I saw a charge on my account, but now it's gone. What happened?
We don't charge your card for any items until the items ship. However, when you place an order, we immediately authorize your card to ensure that it can be charged when we ship your order. An authorization is a non-monetary transaction that merely checks with your bank to ensure that the card is valid and has sufficient funds, and that your address as entered matches the credit card company's records. Again, no money is charged to the card until we ship your order.
However, at the discretion of your bank, an authorization can (and almost always will) put a hold on that amount of your credit. The duration of this hold is entirely up to your bank. If you are checking your balance via online banking, this authorization may show up as a "pending transaction" (or it may not show up at all). We do not have any control over this banking practice, or over the duration of these holds.
An authorization will only remain open for a set period of time that depends on your bank's policies. For debit cards, an authorization will usually expire in 1–5 days, while a credit card's hold can remain open for up to 30 days (again, the duration of these holds depends upon the card issuer's policy).
If an authorization expires before we ship your order, we must re-authorize the card before we can settle the charge. If the order does not ship immediately (if you've ordered backordered items), some orders will necessarily be authorized twice. This is especially true for longer-term backorders.
If, when you place your order, your card is declined because of insufficient funds, and you think this is in error, you should check your balance with your bank before you attempt to place the order again. There are cases where we will receive a decline notice, yet your bank will accept the authorization and place a hold on your funds. In this instance, if you try to place the order again with the same card, it will probably fail again and put another hold on your account. If you keep resubmitting the order, you can quickly tie up your available credit on multiple authorizations for an order that cannot be completed; instead, you should consider using an alternative payment method (such as a different card). Note that your order will also be declined if the AVS (Address Verification System) does not show an address match, even if the card DOES properly authorize.
As a side note, orders for items that are fulfilled immediately will be authorized and settled immediately.
